Southcentral Foundation is currently seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for our Cleft Lip & Palate Program
The Southcentral Foundation Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for outpatient clinical speech and language pathology services to customer-owners in center based settings to assess, diagnose, and establish a plan of care and treatment interventions to assist with communication and swallowing disorder related to cleft lip and/or palate on an individual or group level.
5 -8 hour shifts or 4 -10 hour shifts, 40 hours per week, w/ afternoons till 5pm required
Work on a multidisciplinary team with 12 disciplines
Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited university or college program recognized by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, or a Doctoral Degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.
Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in the State of Alaska
One year of experience working with evaluation and treatment of children with cleft lip or palate. Experience working in a Cleft Lip & Palate Clinic preferred.
BLS Certification is required. ACLS, NRP, ATLS, ALSO, & PALS aw required for specialty and any certification relating to the scope of practice as required
